$100M Money Models
Alex Hormozi
The newest of the three. I'm still working through it.
This is the third book in Hormozi's series, and it deals with a problem the first two leave open. You have a good offer and people are finding you. Now, how do you set up what you sell so that each new customer pays back what it cost to get them, fast enough to fund the next one?
His answer is a money model, a planned sequence of offers. There's something to attract people in the first place. Then an offer to sell them more once they've said yes, a cheaper option for the ones who said no, and something that keeps paying every month for the ones who stay. The aim he keeps coming back to is getting a customer's first thirty days to cover the cost of finding them, so growth stops depending on how much cash you have in the bank.
Like the other two, it's written as a manual, full of named tactics and worked examples from his own businesses. It's meant to be used with a notebook open.
I'm still working through it, so I won't pretend to have an opinion yet. It's on the shelf because the first two changed how I think about Notrik and ReachMonk, and this is the part of the picture they didn't cover.
