reachmonk.comA landing page built for one job: turning a cold visitor into a booked call. Some builds are products, and this one is pure persuasion.
Why it exists
I wanted to prove I could build a page that actually sells. ReachMonk is the front door of an ad agency for contractors in the UK and North America. The pitch is simple: they run your ads, you get booked calls, and you don't have to touch anything. Every part of the page points at one action. I set it as a conversion exercise and built it to stand up as a real business.
How it was built
It's dark, with teal light bending across the hero and motion that walks your eye straight down to one button. Hero, then proof, then the offer, then the close. I built it, pulled it apart and rebuilt it over several versions to get the pacing right, because a page that sells depends on its rhythm far more than its decoration.
The offer
- The promise
Facebook, Instagram and Google campaigns that fill a contractor's calendar with homeowners ready to spend.
- The risk reversal
No setup fees, no retainer until there are results, and no long contracts. The page answers each objection before anyone raises it.
- The one action
Book a free strategy call. Everything else on the page is there to make that button obvious.

Verdict
Building a page that sells is a different skill from building a product. Plenty of builders have one of the two. I wanted both, and this is where I proved the second.
